Bella Rose is Deyaar’s second project in Dubai Science Park. The project offers a range of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments in a well-appointed 18-storey tower with high class amenities. The tower features an infinity pool, gym, sport facilities and kids play area on the podium level in addition to parking spaces for residents and visitors, 24-hour security, as well as retail stores on the ground level. The project has 478 apartments and 12 retail spaces to serve the residents and the surrounding area, with built-up area of more than 600,000 sq.ft. The company successfully sold more than 95% of the units, while Emiratis are the largest investors in the project, due to its ideal location minutes away from Mall of the Emirates and major highways, with easy access to neighborhood facilities such as schools, hotels, shopping malls, Miracle Garden and more.
