In October 2023, Deyaar won 6 awards including 2 five stars accolades at the prestigious Arabian property Awards 2023 for Mar Casa –its first iconic seafront luxury residential tower! This accolade celebrates Deyaar’s relentless pursuit of striving for excellence in the world of real estate.

In October 2019, Deyaar Facilities Management won the prestigious award under the Best in Technology and Innovation in the FM category. In addition, Deyaar has won the second place under the Real Estate Developer for 2019 Category that recognized the outstanding active property developers in the regional market. Judges looked for an exemplary track record of delivering a range of outstanding projects on time during this period and to the highest standards.

In March 2018, Deyaar won the prestigious Best Real Estate Project under the Affordable Housing Award category for Midtown. This award recognizes excellence in projects with the best housing opportunities across the real estate in the region.

In October 2017, Deyaar Facilities Management has won the Construction Innovation Awards under the Category of FM Company Of The Year. The award recognizes individual excellence, corporate strengths, and project success. The award for the Facilities Management (FM) Company of the Year was presented to the outstanding performer in the region's FM sector which was based on strong evidence of growth, expansion during the period, delivery of quality service, innovation, and use of new technology.

In October 2017, Deyaar has won the ICT Achievement Awards under the TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION & STRATEGY Category. The CNME’s ICT Achievement Award recognizes individuals and organization that have delivered ground-breaking business value through innovative application of technology.
